Thank you for purchasing from us. We take pride in the quality and reliability of our products.

Change of mind We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Faulty or problematic products Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply. If your product has a major failure or does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

If you experience any issues with your Punisher product, please contact us first. In most cases we can help you quickly — whether that’s troubleshooting, guidance on use, or supplying spare parts so you can get back up and running.

LWIQLD Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the LWIQLD Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by LWIQLD (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”) via the website lwiqld.au.

By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate personal and payment information.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Participation is limited to individuals or businesses who promote our products in a manner consistent with our brand (premium, field-tested gelball and airsoft equipment).

2. Enrolment and Affiliate Links

• Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link and/or tracking code.
• All referrals must use your unique link or code for tracking and commission eligibility.
• You are responsible for the proper use of your links.

3. Commission and Payments

• Commission rate: as discussed.
• Commission is earned only on completed, paid, non-refunded, non-cancelled orders tracked to your unique link.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent orders, or orders placed by you or your immediate family are not eligible.
• Payments will be made after 30 days to the details you provide.
• We may withhold payment pending verification of orders or investigation of suspected fraud.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes payable on commissions received.

4. Affiliate Obligations and Promotional Rules

You agree to:

• Promote LWIQLD products honestly and accurately.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “This is an affiliate link” or equivalent) in accordance with Australian advertising and consumer law.
• Use only approved marketing materials or create your own content that does not misrepresent our products.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including the Spam Act 2003 (no unsolicited commercial electronic messages without consent).

You must not:

• Bid on our brand name or trademarks in paid search (Google Ads, etc.) without prior written permission.
• Use spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or any deceptive practices.
• Promote on websites or platforms that contain illegal, adult, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Make unsubstantiated claims about product performance or safety.
• Cookie-stuff or use any method to artificially inflate referrals.

5. Intellectual Property

All LWIQLD trademarks, logos, product images, designs, and content remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved materials solely for promoting the Program. You may not alter our branding without permission.

6. Tracking and Cookies

We use cookies and tracking technology to attribute sales. Cookie duration is [e.g. 30 / 60 / 90 days]. We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by ad blockers, cookie rejection, or technical issues outside our control.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation at any time by written notice (email is sufficient).
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that harms our brand or customers.
• Upon termination, unpaid legitimate commissions will still be paid according to the normal schedule (subject to verification). Outstanding commissions may be forfeited in cases of serious breach or fraud.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the Program.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the commissions payable for the relevant period.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your promotional activities or breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on lwiqld.au) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By joining the Program you consent to us processing your data for Program administration and payment purposes.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified by email where practicable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
