LWI designs and manufactures 3D-printed cap grenades and field gear for gel ball and airsoft. We’re players first — every product exists because we wanted it on the field and couldn’t buy anything good enough.
Started on one printer in a Queensland garage
What started as designing and printing a better cap grenade for our own games turned into the Punisher and Wolverine — and a workshop that now ships our products to serious players across Australia.
Every grenade design goes through the same loop: print it, abuse it, break it, fix the weak point, print it again. Nothing goes on sale until it has survived real game days in Queensland heat, dirt and rain.
What every print must pass
Precision
Tolerances tight enough that pins, caps and levers fit the same on unit one and unit one thousand.
Durability
Materials chosen to be thrown at the ground all day, every weekend — and shrugged off.
Performance
Consistent function, every pull of the pin. If it doesn’t fire 8 caps clean every time, it doesn’t start production.

Fewer parts. Better parts.
Every LWI product strips down to a handful of components you can lay out on a table — spring, pin, cap holder, body. That’s deliberate. Fewer parts means less to fail, faster cleaning between games, and cheap spares instead of expensive replacements.
