After dark (Crossfire skirmish)

1st of August 2026, My first time attending a Crossfire skirmish night game, however filled with familiar faces. Starting off at 4pm with had a good hour of sunlight before the games divulged into a bunch of nearmisses with the props and equiptment that litter the field. With my declining eye sight I know me trying to see at night is next to zero so this added to the games. Once again the mini vulcan made an apperance and was talked about heaps while I had it in use earlier int he session. My bifrost flame/ tracer unit with summercat glow gels really put a show on in the dark, The session was epic filled with unforgetable moments and now an urge to create a budget friendly NVG with Liam of LWI for the next night session we are already talking about attending. Overall a very soild run night thanks to the dedicaion of Amanda and Nathan and the overwhelming response from the players to attend.
